Katie E. Bradford (Ph.D., The University of Texas at Austin, 2020) teaches courses in communication principles and practices, including conflict resolution, and an asynchronous web-based course in rhetoric, “Communicating with Stuff.” Her research involves analyzing video-based data to explain how people integrate technology use into their face-to-face conversations. Dr. Bradford previously worked for Prentice Hall / Pearson Education as a developmental editor of college textbooks, and later as a freelance editor of scholarly papers.

She holds a B.A. in English from UT-Austin, and both an M.A. in English Linguistics and a Certificate in Scholarly Publishing from Arizona State University.
